Equipment Description
The vibrating dryer is mainly composed of the drying machine body structure, vibrating motor, elastomer support, equipment fixed bracket and dust collection, equipment dust collection, also known as a dust collector, according to the size of the user's space, and the equipment body can be made into an integrated or detachable structure. The body and the dust collection cylinder are equipped with a jacket and insulation. The jacket is heated by high temperature media (mainly high temperature steam or high temperature heat-conducting oil) circulating
in the cavity.
The bottom is equipped with elastomer support (rubber spring) and fixed bracket. The side is installed with vibration motor drive. It is used in combination with secondary dust collection equipment, vacuum equipment, cooling and heat exchange equipment, liquid collection equipment, vapour-water separation equipment and heating equipment, which can be configured accordingly to the user's needs. It is widely used for drying materials in the lithium, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
Principle of Operation
When the equipment is working, the direction of vibration motor excitation force changes in a circular manner. The material is subjected to centrifugal force and rotates with the centre of mass of the dryer. When the material moves along the inner wall of the cylinder and crosses the position of the horizontal surface of the cylinder axis, then under the combined force of the excitation force and the material's own gravity, the material will flip towards the internal direction of the cylinder and fall down into the material below. It circulates in turn to achieve the turning movement of the material in the drying tank, so as to achieve the effect of uniform heating of the material. It reaches the vaporization point under vacuum conditions and then the water evaporates. It is continuously pumped out by the vacuum pump until the material is dehydrated and dried.
